Frequently asked questions
How do I find my lot number?
The lot number is printed on the material label, usually beneath the material name, and is also encoded in the label QR code. Lot numbers use the form AX-XXX-YYMMDD.
Why does my lot return no result?
Lot verification returns a result only when a published lot record exists. If nothing is found, check the identifier for transcription errors and then contact documentation support.
What do the document statuses mean?
Current means the revision is the one in force. Revised means a newer revision exists. Withdrawn means the document should no longer be relied upon. Under Review means the record is being checked.
Does a purity result mean the material is safe?
No. A purity result describes composition as measured by a stated method. It does not establish sterility, biological activity, safety, or suitability for human or veterinary use.
Can I order materials on this website?
No. This site is informational. There is no cart, checkout, payment or shipping functionality, and no consumer purchasing is offered.
