Quality system

How material quality is documented

From material specification to lot verification, this process is designed to produce transparent, traceable documentation for qualified research.

Material Specifications

A specification defines the parameters recorded for a material, the method used to measure each parameter, and the acceptance criteria applied. Specifications are stored as records, so what appears on the site is exactly what has been entered and approved.

Testing Methods

Each parameter is linked to the analytical method used to measure it. A method is only shown against a material or lot once the corresponding record exists.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance criteria state the range or condition a result must meet for the parameter to be considered conforming. Criteria are recorded per specification rather than asserted globally.

Testing Source

The source of testing is recorded per lot. No independent-testing claim is displayed unless a record identifies the testing source for that lot.

QA Review

Before release, a reviewer checks that the specification, the reported results and the supporting documents agree, and that the document revision and issue date are correct.

Document Control

Every document carries a revision number, an issue date, and a status of Current, Revised, Withdrawn or Under Review. Superseded revisions remain recorded so the history of a document can be followed.

Lot Traceability

Documents and reported results attach to a specific lot number rather than to a material in general, so a label can be traced to the records issued for that lot.

Corrections & Withdrawals

When an error is identified, the affected document is revised or withdrawn and the change is recorded. Withdrawn documents are marked as withdrawn rather than removed silently.

Quality Complaints

Complaints about documentation or material identity can be raised through the contact form, including suspected counterfeit or lot mismatch.

Investigations

A complaint or discrepancy opens an investigation record. Where an investigation changes a published record, the document revision history reflects it.

What analytical results do not establish

A chromatographic purity result describes the composition of a sample as measured by that method under the stated conditions. It does not establish sterility, endotoxin status, biological activity, safety, or suitability for human or veterinary use. Materials described on this site are supplied for laboratory research only.
