Returns & Refunds Policy

Because research materials must remain under controlled conditions, returns are accepted only for unopened, untampered materials in their original sealed packaging, requested promptly after delivery and approved by us before anything is shipped back.

For material integrity and traceability reasons, opened materials or materials with broken or altered seals cannot be returned or refunded, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description and photos of the packaging and labels. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only where the error was ours. Your bank or card issuer determines when the refund appears.

Use the contact form with the subject “Return request” and include your order number. Do not ship materials back without approval.
